I just read a review from someone else that literally has the same statement I wanna make. This bag was a gift for myself for Christmas and I had my husband buy it. It was for him. This is not luxury. This literally Word for Word like she said looks like I could’ve bought it at Walmart. It looks cheap Strings from the stitching are all over the place on the wallet and the bag. The bag did come in a plastic bag and it is dented and smashed. The zippers are cheap. The zipper on the change purse for the wallet and the zipper inside the bag already separated, and I had to fight to get them back together. I too want to return it both of them for a full refund and I do not do not wanna have to pay for it the return I mean they sent me the same reply and I guess I will send them a video but don’t advertise something and send something else. I was so looking forward to getting this bag. 😕

My bag arrived today. This was supposed to be a very rare luxury gift from me to ME. I never do this. I’m SO disappointed!! I was told to expect “premium leather handbags and wallets” and that “Our Premium Vegan Leather feels buttery-soft and smooth when you touch it.” It does not. It feels hard and cracked and rough and CHEAP!!! Like a $5 clearance at WALMART that cracks in cold weather.Luxury? Have you ever purchased a luxury bag? I have. They don’t come wrapped in a plastic garbage bag shipped in another plastic garbage bag all covered in road dirt.The zippers. First of all they are rough and cheap and you KNOW they are going to fail. Now how do I KNOW this? Because the zipper on the wallet was already locked in the half-opened, half-closed position and had to be forced closed then reopened and closed to get it to track properly again. But it will happen again because that’s what cheap zippers do. The zipper on the handbag is even worse. It’s a real piece of clunky junk. I haven’t seen such a rough garbagey piece of heavy metal junk since the 1950s. It operates like the wheel on the drawbridge of a medieval castle AND it has a bonus: there’s an extra 2-inch section of it that hangs off the edge of the bag like a limp you-know-what, completely defacing the bag’s outline.The wallet design only permits it to open about 2.5 inches across, meaning you have to reach in to get anything like your driver’s license or ID, or a credit card, as if sliding those puppies in and out of those little slots isn’t already hard enough.Finally, the print. Yes it’s beautiful. At least what I can see of it, which Is more on the wallet. On the bag? Not so much, because of the bag it is very faded out and hard to discern in many places. This is because of the stiff pebbled texture of the stiff plastic material used to make the handbag. Bottom line? This whole thing is a dismal failure. I want to return for a full refund but I don’t feel I should be expected to pay for full shipping as I was deceived in the description of the items that I purchased. Please send me a return shipping label.
