The “Grimcrown” tote rules in pewter. A horned skull stares from an engraved silver frame, baroque corners flourishing around it like a throne room in monochrome. The 18-inch hall behind the zip holds a 13-inch laptop, books and whatever else the court requires, carried on thick straps. For the one who never asked for the crown, only took it.
