This bag really pops
Nothing in either order arrived by the date that was shown at checkout. Both orders had expedited shipping and arrived 3 to 8 days past the date promised on the website at checkout. When I contacted customer service about the issue the never actually addressed the problem and just kept telling me to give the order some more time to arrive. Why do we need to wait when we can see it clearly has not arrived by the date shown at checkout? They did not actually address the issues I brought up, and it seems they don't actually read the emails. They must just see it was a shipping issue and glaze over what is actually being asked. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They really need to get it together.
