I just received my bag today and it looks nothing like what's pictured. The handles are way thinner and the bag itself feels cheap. I'm very disappointed

I purchased the Noctaflora bag and wallet on sale on April 22nd. My first issue is that I have a screenshot of my order promising delivery in 4-6 days, yet it was delivered today May 4th, which is 12 days after placing my order. Customer Service continued to make excuses even though I have proof of promised delivery.
The material is cheap and not "soft" as claimed. I am so happy I did not pay full price for these two items because a bag and wallet from the Dollar Tree would probably be of better quality. The only good thing is that the design is pretty. I have been looking at this bag for months, and instead of purchasing another bag from a trusted and quality designer I made the poor choice to give Skullette a shot.
The zipper on the waet arrived busted, as in zipped on each end and open in the center. It also arrived with strings hanging from the side. I sent pictures to Customer Service a few moments after my bag and wallet were delivered, and I've yet to hear a response.
The strap for the bag itself is thin and poorly made. It has strings hanging as well as being bent.
Overall the bag and wallet look cheap and poorly constructed. Don't waste your money if you are hoping for a quality bag and wallet as advertised.

I purchased the two bags for the price of one sale. I only received one bag today. Very disappointed.

I went by the advertised claim of a free wallet with ANY purchase except my 3 apparently. It is very deceptive
