It's pretty but it's very stiff and plastic feeling, the zipper is very large and cheap looking and doesn't zip smoothly and the zipper on the inside pocket was pulled apart already. It would be nice if the small handles removed so you had a choice of which handles. If you use the crossbody handle the small handles are still there, looks stupid

Just received my order today. I had gotten it as a birthday gift for my cousin. I'm pretty sure she is going to have to fight off her adult daughter for it. Her daughter would probably say that it would go with her tattoos.
