I did receive my order. I mistakenly ordered the wrong color. Customer care has attempted to fix the problem. But all I wanted was to return the item and get a different style. They respond once a day. Is there a limit on how many emails you are allowed to send in your end? It’s not acceptable to me. So as of now I want to return the item and cancel my order.

Love love! The only complaint is the zipper is very stiff but I'm sure it will get better with use.

Bad ass green

My wife just loves the new one, i had gotten a larger bag with a purple bloom but I heard her mention that it was awesome but too big. The smaller green is perfect!
